✨ Taking back the remote control of your mind
✨ “ If you don’t know who you are, the world will happily invent a version of you that suits its needs. 🧠🛡️
✨ One of the greatest shifts in my life happened when I stopped asking, ‘Why are they saying this about me?’ and started asking, ‘What are they trying to hide in themselves by pinning this on me?’ This is the essence of Projection. When my sister told people I ‘abused myself,’ she wasn’t describing my reality; she was trying to escape the guilt of her own choices. When abusers called me ‘worthless,’ they were projecting their own internal emptiness. Once I mastered this dynamic, their words lost their power. They weren’t throwing stones at me anymore; they were just throwing them at a mirror I was no longer standing behind. Mastery isn’t about changing them it’s about becoming unshakeable because you finally know the difference between their ‘filth’ and your ‘gold.’”

The Holy Bible:
“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness.”
— Matthew 6:22-23 (Reflecting how those with ‘bad eyes’ can only project darkness onto others).
The Book of Enoch:
“And they shall see how he sits on the throne of his glory, and the saints and the righteous shall be gathered before him… and all the secrets of righteousness shall be revealed.”
— Enoch 61:8-9 (Highlighting the moment where false narratives are stripped away and the secret truth of the righteous is finally seen by all).
Think 🤔
“Think of a negative label someone has tried to put on you. Now ask yourself: ‘What part of their life are they trying to avoid by giving this to me?’ Understanding the projection is the first step to your freedom. Write ‘I SEE THE TRUTH’ below. 👇🏾”
