Mirror of truth VS. The projection

Breaking the Curse of Other People’s Stories starts with looking into The Mirror Of Truth VS. The Projection

For years, you might have looked in the mirror and seen a stranger. you saw

*I saw the names people called me

*the shame of the things done to you.

*the UGLINESS that trauma tried to write onto your skin.

You are not the trash they threw away; you are the gold they weren’t pure enough to hold.

But here is the secret of Human Dynamics –

When people can’t face their own darkness, they try to pin it on you. To keep their GOOD GUY image, they make you the LIAR. to use you, they call you UNWORTHY. I spent a lifetime carrying the weight of labels that NEVER BELONGED TO ME, until I MET MYSELF AGAIN in the quiet of a shelter, away from the noise of my abusers.

I stopped being the vessel for their shame and started being THE MASTER OF MY OWN TRUTH.

you are the gold they weren’t pure enough to hold.

I will give you hidden treasures, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name.

— Isaiah 45:3 (Reflecting how your value was hidden in dark places, but God knows your true name)

And from that time the sun will not be seen… but there will be the light of the Lord of Spirits, and the light of righteousness will shine for ever.

— Enoch 58:5-6 (A reminder that after the darkest night of the soul, the light of who you truly are can never be extinguished again).

Projection is a lie told by someone too weak to carry their own truth. What is one label someone else gave you that you are officially handing back today? Let’s clear the air in the comments. 🕊️
